The entire TreeLight.com website began in 1998, with pages on health and fitness. The one that started it all off was What’s Wrong with Partially Hydrogenated Oils?. In fact, the site was started precisely to provide that important information to the public.
Since then the site has grown. But the TreeLight Health pages are still devoted to health, nutrition, and fitness, with articles on healthy foods, false “foods” to avoid, and a variety of health conditions.
